Delivery Information

Recorded Shipping (Royal Mail Signed For)

This is a proof of delivery service. In the UK orders are tracked on delivery, meaning once the parcel has been signed for the Royal Mail will have a record of who signed, and when. When shipped outside of the UK your parcel is tracked as it enters the shipping country as well as proof being obtained when it’s delivered.

Delivery estimates:

  • UK – 2 to 3 working days
  • EU – 4 to 6 working days

Delivery times are quoted from the time of dispatch.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your parcel, the shipping method and the destination it’s being shipped to.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

All delivery estimates are based on quotes supplied by the relevant courier, so they can’t be guaranteed by Vegan & Friendly. If your parcel is not delivered within the estimated window then it’s very likely there has been a delay in transit.

Royal Mail advise to wait 10 working days (UK shipping addresses) or 28 working days (any other shipping addresses). The Royal Mail will deem a parcel as lost if not delivered within these windows. Once deemed as lost we’ll be able to work with you to resolve the problem.

Returns Policy

Being an eco-friendly company we have a zero-waste policy. To ensure this, we print each item to order. With this in mind, we offer a one-time size exchange within 30 days to ensure you get the perfect fit.

Each item of clothing in our store has a specific size guide to help you find the right fit. Please check our size guides carefully in order to get the right size.

Return Process

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer an exchange.

To complete your return, please let us know via the Contact page and we will email you a Unique Returns Reference (URR). This will need to be printed out and added to your return package. Failing to include your URR may result in a delay and would be difficult to complete your exchange. Place the item securely in its original packaging and send your return to the address supplied.

We do not cover the cost of returning your item back to us, but we will cover the costs of sending out your new item.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Once your returned item has been received and processed, we will dispatch your new order within five (5) working days. If you want to check the status and/or tracking of your new item, get in touch via the Contact page.

Depending on your location, delivery times may vary.

Please note
You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return. If we do not receive your returned items, unfortunatly, we will not be able to refund or exchange.


For defective or damaged products, please contact us via the Contact Page to arrange a refund or exchange.


Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

As we are sure you’re aware, COVID-19 has caused disruption globally. We have been assured that measures have taken place to guarantee employee safety across all of our suppliers, printers and at our fulfillment warehouse. PPE, social distancing and safeguarding is in place across our entire supply chain. This, in turn, will cause some slight delay with order fulfillment as each stage is running at a limited capacity.

The average fulfilment time is currently 7 to 10 working days from order confirmation to dispatch.

All orders are sent out with tracking information giving you peace of mind that you can keep up to date with your order once it’s been dispatched.

We will update this section if any further changes need to be made during the current situation. To ensure you have the most up-to-date information, please check back before placing an order.

Can I still place orders?

Yes, you can still place orders. The Vegan & Friendly website and customer services remain unaffected.

So far, the disruption to our current products seems to be fairly minimal. As mentioned above, our supply chain is running at a limited capacity, meaning most products are seeing an extra 3 to 4 working days turn-around time.

We are working on speeding up production times but the safety of the workforce is paramount.

Is delivery affected?

The pandemic has affected all aspects of daily life, including delivery networks. Royal Mail is experiencing delays in some parts of the UK.

International delivery speed depends on how the country in question has been affected. Some countries are experiencing delays, and others have suspended their mail services completely.

We will continue to ship orders to most areas, but we will hold orders to the countries that have suspended their mail services as per Royal Mail’s recommendations.
